Gore St, Fitzroy — Modern Luxury Meets Timeless Design
This multi-level residence in the heart of Fitzroy was designed to push boundaries—an interior that seamlessly blends cutting-edge innovation with refined elegance.

From the striking entryway to the lower-level man cave featuring a rotating car platform, every element was thoughtfully curated to elevate the everyday. Our vision was to create a space that not only impressed architecturally but offered effortless luxury and comfort.

At the heart of the home is a concealed kitchen, designed for versatile open-plan living. Floor-to-ceiling Calacatta Statuario porcelain tiles in the bathrooms evoke a spa-like calm, while textured terrazzo flooring in the man cave adds depth and character.

Custom Italian cabinetry flows through the kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and living spaces, paired with bespoke furniture and upholstery to bring a unique sense of personality to every room. Finishes include solid timber flooring, charcoal wool carpets, and terrazzo—selected for both aesthetic appeal and tactile warmth.

Natural light was a priority, achieved through strategically placed switch glass panels and a central light well that floods every level with sunlight—from rooftop to ground floor.

The home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, and a rooftop alfresco entertaining space with sweeping views of the Melbourne skyline. A graffiti-commissioned lift shaft adds an unexpected urban edge, while full home automation ensures seamless control of lighting, blinds, and security.

This project is a celebration of contemporary living—designed to inspire, built to last.
